Porch Nook’s Owner Occupied Home Staging service starts with two appointments, however some Agents or their Sellers only want a Consult and Checklist before photos are taken. During the first initial home visit I will meet with the Seller and/or Agent to identify the attributes of their home. You will have a detailed checklist with photos as a visual reference, in a professional Staging Summary presented within 3 business days of the appointment. You will not need to take notes that may be misplaced during the chaotic process of moving.

When you get ready to market your home it becomes a product. Similar to a product on a store shelf, your home has features and benefits that will separate it from the local competition. STAGING VS. DESIGN Staging is designing a home as a PRODUCT.  Interior Design is designing a home for a PERSON.  By using and reorganizing your EXISTING décor, together we will carefully curate a stage that will help you sell faster and for more money.

  • Reorganize closet/cabinet storage
  • Window cleaning
  • Exterior power washing
  • Detailed interior cleaning
  • Requests to acquire/rent home décor may be accommodated for an additional fee.

At the final appointment (scheduled typically a week after the first appointment) I assist with rearranging the Seller’s existing items and schedule 3rd party cleaning services to give your home that extra sparkle to make it “Open House” ready
